Agnes Whyteman Raises £540 for Blue Light Minds at Her 90th Birthday Party

When most people celebrate their 90th birthday, they expect cake, gifts, and a well-earned rest. But Agnes Whyteman chose to mark the occasion in a very different way.

Instead of receiving presents, Agnes invited her friends and family to donate to Blue Light Minds, raising an amazing £540 to support our work.

This incredible gesture will directly help us provide free, Trauma-Focused therapy to Emergency Service workers across Scotland who are experiencing mental health challenges after attending a traumatic incident. Every pound raised will contribute to delivering life-changing treatments, including EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT, to those who dedicate their lives to protecting others.
