We’re proud to share that Blue Light Minds has been selected as an official charity partner of the National Blue Light Awards Scotland 2025. We’re equally honoured to be standing alongside another vital organisation, the Scottish Charity Air Ambulance, as part of this exciting partnership.

Earlier this week, our team attended the official launch of the awards, joining representatives from the RNLI, Scottish Ambulance Service, Civil Nuclear Constabulary, and other dedicated Emergency Services. The event was a powerful reminder of the unity, strength, and compassion that exists across Scotland’s frontline services.

The National Blue Light Awards were created to shine a spotlight on the individuals and teams who go above and beyond every day in service to others, often under immense pressure and personal sacrifice. Being welcomed into this space as a partner charity is not just an acknowledgement of the work we do, but a chance to raise awareness of the ongoing mental health challenges faced by emergency service workers across Scotland.

Speaking after the event, our Founder and Chairman, Ewan Hay, shared:

“Attending the launch of the National Blue Light Awards was a real privilege. These awards are a fantastic way to recognise the dedication of our Emergency Services, and I’m incredibly proud that Blue Light Minds has been chosen as one of their supported charities.”

As a charity focused on supporting the psychological wellbeing of those behind the uniform, this partnership offers us a new platform, not only to advocate for better mental health support, but to stand proudly beside our Emergency Service partners in solidarity and respect.

We look forward to being part of the National Blue Light Awards journey over the coming year and using this opportunity to ensure that no one in uniform faces their struggles alone.
