Strengthening Partnerships to Support Emergency Service Mental Health

Our Founder and Chairman, Ewan Hay, recently visited one of our charity partners, Salus Technical, to deliver a Lunch & Learn session with their team.

The session provided an opportunity to share the story behind Blue Light Minds and highlight the importance of accessible, trauma-focused mental health support for those working across the emergency services. Frontline roles often involve repeated exposure to traumatic incidents, making timely, specialist support essential.
